L seat twists

From a hanging position, lift your legs, whilst straight, to 90 degrees and hold an L seat position. From here, twist and move both legs to the side, whilst maintaining an L seat. Once you’ve rotated as far as you can, move back to the centre and repeat in the opposite direction.
