Knee scissors
Also known as “knee flutters”. From a hanging position, raise your knees to approx 90 degrees and move your legs in a scissor-like motion—alternating one knee forward while the other moves back. Keep the movement controlled and your core tight to minimise swinging. Knee scissors focus on the lower abs and hip flexors while also improving coordination and core stability.
