Full leg raises
Also known as ‘toes to bar’. This is similar to normal leg raises, but rather than stop at 90 degrees when raising your legs, keep lifting them until your feet touch the bar. This movement should be performed with control - with no swing - and your upper body should stay in the as upright position as much as possible.
