Typewriter dips

Begin at the top of a dip, with your arms locked out. Lower your body down and pull towards one of the dip bars. You should be at the bottom of the dip, but with your body close to one of the bars. From here, stay low and move horizontally until your body is near the second bar. Repeat for reps.

This variation is more beneficial when you have wide dip bars and the range of movement can be limited on standard width parallel bars.
