Single arm Russian dips

These dips are similar to standard Russian dips, but you drop back on to one forearm at a time. From the top of the dip, lower all the way down. Slightly twist your body and fall back on to one forearm, with your other hand maintaining the standard grip. From here, pull back to the bottom of the dip, push back up to the starting position, then repeat on the alternate side.
