Running dips

Running dips are a dynamic dip variation where you perform standard dips while alternating your leg position into a running-style stance. From the top of the dip, one leg is bent forward while the other stays extended behind you. You perform the dip in this split-leg position, then switch leg positions at the top before the next repetition. A great variation for targeting triceps, shoulders and core.

There’s a short video demonstrating this exercise on this page. For more resources to help your calisthenics journey, check out courses here.
