Oblique cycling dips
Oblique cycling dips are a core-focused dip variation. Starting from the top of a dip, begin to cycle your legs in front of your body. At the same time, start to lower your body towards each parallel bar. Once you’re at the bottom of the dip and one side is as close as possible to the bar, continue cycling your legs and move them as far to the side as you can. Continue cycling as you return to the top and then repeat on the other side.
There’s a short video demonstrating this exercise on this page. For more resources to help your calisthenics journey, check out courses here.
