Cycling dips
Cycling dips are a standard dip performed while continuously cycling the legs throughout the movement. As you lower and press through each dip, your legs move in a pedalling motion, keeping the core under constant tension. This variation maintains the full upper-body benefits of regular dips while adding a strong abdominal and hip-flexor challenge, improving core control and total-body coordination.
There’s a short video demonstrating this exercise on this page. For more resources to help your calisthenics journey, check out courses here.
