An initial consultation will take place via email to understand where you currently are in your calisthenics journey and where you would like to be. Once we have all of the required information - including your current position, aims, equipment available to you, how much time you have to workout per week, etc - we will put together a personalised calisthenics programme for you.
You will receive your programme via email, in both a PDF and online format. It’s presented in an easy to follow way and will be used to track progress. Every exercise in your programme comes accompanied with a video showing you what it looks like, so you don’t have to worry about knowing what exercise is by name. Upon receipt of your programme, we will have a second consultation to fine tune it and make any necessary adjustments.
