- A personalised calisthenics (or hybrid) programme that is regularly updated.
- Weekly check ins.
- Video examples of each exercise, plus progression and regression alternatives.
- Unlimited questions outside of weekly check ins and a priority response time.
More information about what you get:
An initial consultation will take place either via email, on the phone or on Facetime to understand where you currently are in your calisthenics journey and where you would like to be. Once we have all of the required information - including your current position, aims, equipment available to you, how much time you have to workout per week, etc - we will put together a personalised calisthenics programme for you.
You will receive your programme via email, in both a PDF and online format. It’s presented in an easy to follow way and will be used to track progress. Every exercise in your programme comes accompanied with a video showing you what it looks like, so you don’t have to worry about knowing what exercise is by name. Each exercise, where applicable, will also contain a video to progressions and regressions for the days you need to make miniature adjustments.
Once a week we will have a scheduled check in to see how your training is going. This time will be used to cover progress, potential changes to your programme and any general questions. In between check ins, you can Whatsapp any questions that arise and/or send videos of your workout for feedback.
