Archer push ups

Archer push ups are a wide, asymmetrical variation where one arm bends to perform most of the pushing work while the other arm stays extended to the side. As you lower your chest toward the bent arm, the opposite arm remains straight, helping with balance but offering minimal assistance. You then press back up through the working arm and repeat on the other side.
